Abstract The purpose of this paper is to investigate fuzzy I ̃-compact spaces and study their properties fuzzy compactness modulo a fuzzy ideal. Some of the outcomes in fuzzy compact spaces have been undetermined by consequences in the fuzzy I ̃-compact spaces.
