Mathematics for Applications accepts papers that contribute to the field’s scope, including theoretical and applied mathematics with implications for other scientific domains. The reception is open all year, however, each number is closed 15 days before the month of January, May, and September.
DIGITAL FILES PRESERVATION POLICY
To guarantee the authenticity, integrity, and accessibility of the articles over time, the issues of the journal are archived in the Repository of the Universitat Jaume I.
The preservation policy includes, among others, the following preservation measures:
– Use of digital preservation metadata.
– Assignment of DOI and handle, as permanent identifiers.
– Monitoring of the technological environment to anticipate possible migrations of formats or software.
– Open or easily readable formats (such as PDF format).
– Backups.
